About Peshtigo School District
The Peshtigo School District is located in northeastern Wisconsin, with its school sites bordering the banks of the Peshtigo River. The river is a natural gem and attracts avid fisherman and whitewater rafting enthusiasts. The small town, rural-like setting offers a quality environment to live and work, yet, is just a short drive of 45 minutes from Green Bay.
The Peshtigo School District currently serves approximately 1250 students spanning grade levels 4K-12. The district prides itself on offering varied and diverse opportunities which will meet the specific needs and interests of its students. Because of its strong academic history and commitment to a wide-range of extracurricular offerings and partnerships with post-secondary schools, the district is a school of “choice” for families moving to the area or exercising their option for Open Enrollment. In recent years, the district has been recognized twice nationally for its AP (Advanced Placement) successes.
